Jamestown Resort & Marina - Lodge Suite and Cabin Selections 
Super Suite
Accommodating up to four people, this two room suite offers: living room with cable TV, fireplace, and queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, and a private balcony overlooking the marina and Lake Cumberland. A fully equipped kitchen provides: microwave, oven/stove, full size refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, and cookware.
Deluxe Suite

Accommodating up to six people, this two room suite offers: living room with cable TV, queen size sleeper sofa, wet bar, microwave, and small refrigerator. The bedroom has cable TV, two double beds, and a private balcony overlooking the marina and Lake Cumberland.
Handicap Suite

Accommodating up to four people, this two room suiteis located on the first floor with wider doorways and lower cabinets for easier accessibility. It features a living room with cable TV, queen size sleeper sofa. wet bar, microwave, and small refrigerator. The bedroom has cable TV, a king size bed, and a private balcony overlooking the marina and Lake Cumberland.
Jamestown Resort & Marina Chalet Condominiums
Condominiums
Two bedroom Cape Cod style chalet condominiums luxuriously furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate one couple or a whole family. Located in a secluded wooded area on a high bluff overlooking the marina and Lake Cumberland, these units feature: living rooms with cable TV and a gas log fireplace, private full baths, fully equipped kitchens with appliances/cutlery/dishes/cookware, washer and dryer, and porches with gas grill.

Jamestown Resort & Marina Cabins
Located in a secluded, tree-shaded area. These old-time fishing cabins are still comfortable and offer the greatest bargain at the Resort. Accommodating from two to six people, our rustic cabins are available as Efficiencies, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom units. Each cabin has: full bath, fully equipped kitchen and cable TV. Other amenities vary by model.
Log Cabins
Accommodating up to 6 people;  this authentic Log Cabin with 2 bedrooms and a loft offers:  full bath, living room with cable TV.  Each cabin has two double beds along with a bunk bed/futon.  A fully equipped kitchen provides:  microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, cutlery, cookware and charcoal grill.

*Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day) require a three night minimum rental. Surcharges of $20.00 per night are applicable for all lodging rentals during these holiday periods.

Jamestown Resort & Marina Lodging Rental Policies

• Check-In: AFTER 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time
• Check-Out: BEFORE 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time

• All lodging rates based upon 2 person occupancy. 
• Add $10.00 for each additional person per day.
• Children under 16 always stay free when accompanied by a parent.

Summer Lodging Rentals:

• Reservation Deposits equal to one night's rental are required to be paid within 10 days of the date the reservation is booked.
• Two night minimum rental is required for all weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Three night minimum rental is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends.
• Surcharges of $20.00 per night are applicable for all lodging rentals during these holiday periods. Personal checks are welcome 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We also welcome Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. All rates and times are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, because Jamestown is a destination Resort it does not have "drive-ups" or "walk-ins" to replace you if you cancel.  It cannot offer refunds.
