THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON OUR TRIPS.
Your deposit or full fare is non-refundable, but we will reschedule with at least two (2) weeks advance notice. Re-scheduling requests or cancellation for any reason without at least two (2) weeks advance notice will cause your deposit or full fare to be forfeited, including not showing up the day of your scheduled trip. You will owe the remainder of the trip you scheduled, and your credit card will be charged that amount.
Re-scheduling is not allowed because of predicted foul weather, including predicted rain. We fish in the rain.
The Captain reserves the right to re-schedule if there are mechanical difficulties with the boat or tow vehicle or if the weather turns bad on the day of the trip. This weather decision will be based upon hazardous conditions (hard snow, muddy water, high wind, ice, or frequent lightning) on the day of the trip. If your trip is cancelled because of the aforementioned dangerous conditions, your deposit or full fare is good for another day.
